UrgenTag is an electronic panic button system for hotel workers.
Hotel workers wear panic buttons that emit RFID signals that are picked up by receivers throughout a facility. When staff members push the panic button, an alert, including location, is sent immediately to security for a quick response. Events, alarms and video are all displayed through the UrgenTag software.
For those facilities that require greater location granularity, such as room-level location accuracy, McRoberts provides UrgenTag-Ultra, which leverages ultrasound for more precise location determination.
