Send your dead tags back to McRoberts Technologies. If they are still under warranty, youwill receive replacement tags or a credit, depending on the age of the tags. Even if your tags are out of warranty, we give a credit of $10/tag. Credits can add up and make a meaningful impact on the cost of operating your MyChild system.
